The Role
We're looking for a Delivery Lead to join Key Services, leading product delivery for some of the most exciting early-stage startups in Silicon Valley.
You'll play a hands-on role guiding cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and QA to build products from 0 to 1 and scale them to market.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments balancing delivery management, agile execution, and client collaboration. You'll work directly with startup founders, helping translate product vision into shipped features and scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Delivery & Project Management
- Own end-to-end delivery for our client products in active build phases (from MVP to scale-up).
- Define and manage scope, timelines,
and delivery milestones across agile sprints.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, running weekly check-ins, progress updates, and demos.
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, quality, bugs, sprint goals) and proactively manage risks or blockers.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between design, engineering, QA, and DevOps, with clear accountability.
2. Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Serve as Scrum Master for product pods facilitating sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Maintain healthy sprint cadences to ensure backlog clarity and sprint goal alignment.
- Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Team & Operations Enablement
- Collaborate with leadership on resourcing, SoWs, onboarding, and quality gates.
- Support hiring, upskilling, and mentorship within the India delivery team.
