Designation: Customer Support Associate / Sr. Customer Support Associate
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹28,000 per month
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Experience: 1 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Shift Timing : 9 AM - 7 PM (Female Candidates) & 2 PM - 12 AM (Male Candidates)
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone.
- Understand customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their technical issues.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to service.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process
- Candidate Should have excellent fluency in English.
