Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

ï· Maintain books of accounts in Tally and other accounting software.

ï· Record day-to-day financial transactions and prepare ledgers.

ï· Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and cash reconciliations.

ï· Performing TDS compliances and quarterly filings

GST Compliance

ï· Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).

ï· GST reconciliations with books and portal data.

Direct Tax Compliance

ï· Preparation of basic Income Tax returns for individuals and firms.

ï· Assist in tax computations and TDS compliance

ï· Preparation and filing of TDS returns and reconciliation of Form 26AS/TRACES data.

Client Coordination

ï· Follow up with clients for accounting records and compliance information.

ï· Coordinate with team members for timely completion of assignments.

Requirements




Required Skills

ï· Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

ï· Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

ï· Familiarity with Income Tax

ï· Valuable communication and drafting skills.

ï· Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Qualification

ï· B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

ï· CA Inter (Pursuing) candidates may also apply.

Preferred Skills

ï· Experience in a CA firm.

ï· Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally

ï· Proficiency in Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.

Compensation

ï· Salary commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skill set.
