To monitor the safety systems of SBD and 2100 units and to assist the Corporate Safety Head while preparing

safety documents/procedures.

Key Activities :

FIRE SAFETY
- To monitor safety systems (Fire hydrant, erection activities of ESFR sprinklers, maintenance of fire fighting equipment and safety survey) of SBD unit closely and conduction of training , fire and evacuation drills etc.
- To monitor safety system of 2100 closely and arrange training, fire & evacuation drills etc.
- To support Corporate Safety Head while implementing statutory requirement at work place. Example- Hazard and Risk Assessment, HAZOP study, environmental monitoring, incidents analysis as per Indian standards, noise level monitoring, illuminations level monitoring and some many other statutory provisions/ requirements made in the Factories Act and Environmental Protection Act.

KPI :
- Fire fighting equipment readiness Audit Score.
- % Compliance of safety audits of SBD and 2100.
- Number of significant safety documents/ procedures prepared.
- No.



of training conducted on Firefighting and safety at SBD and 2100.
- No. of volunteer members added in team.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT :
- Contractual workers, security staff etc.
- Provide Support in implementation of EHS training & feedback mechanism
- Build volunteer members in fire & safety team across units.
- Develop Successor for Business Continuity

Key Decisions :

Decision on Fire Equipments & Firefighting system to be used changes / reused.

Working Relation :
- Work closely with all SBD Unit and 2100 admin staff.
- Close relation with project team to ensure proper implementation of firefighting during project construction.
- Close relation with Industry expert and vendors.
- Close relation with Subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.

Relevent Experience :
- The candidate should have completed Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Board (SBTET) or an institution that is affiliated with SBTET.
