- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Design, configure, and customize MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central modules to align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports using AL/CAL coding and Power Platform tools.
- Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Handle upgrade and migration projects, including data migration and version upgrades.
- Support finance, supply chain, sales, and operations teams by optimizing ERP functionalities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional design documents (FDD), and technical design documents (TDD).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and change management processes.
