Required Skills
- Strong experience in avionics system testing.
- Hands-on experience with Flight Warning Systems (FWS) or similar cockpit warning and alerting systems.
- Good understanding of system integration and verification activities.
- Experience in requirement analysis and requirement-based testing.
- Knowledge of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments.
- Experience with avionics communication protocols such as ARINC 429, AFDX, CAN, or MIL-STD-1553.
- Familiarity with test tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, dSPACE ControlDesk, or equivalent.
- Experience with defect tracking and requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jira, ALM).
- Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of aerospace development and certification standards, including DO-178C, ARP4754A, and ARP4761.
- Experience in safety-critical software verification and validation.
- Exposure to automation or scripting using Python, CAPL, or similar languages is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Verification & Validation (V&V;) processes.
