EXL Healthcare is seeking an NLP Researcher/Engineer with expertise in the latest generative AI/NLP stack to join our cutting-edge AI team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a robust passion for NLP and machine learning, demonstrated experience with large-scale text data, and a track record of building high-performance models. You will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLM). Working closely with a team of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts, you will create solutions that extract valuable insights from complex datasets, directly impacting our products and services.
