Job Title: Senior General Manager (Advertising)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior General Manager to lead and scale operations in an advertising company. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, process automation, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations and drive organizational growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans for marketing and advertising campaigns
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (sales, creative, operations)
- Implement and optimize automation tools and systems to improve efficiency
- Oversee client acquisition, retention, and relationship management
- Monitor performance metrics, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
- Streamline workflows and improve internal processes




- Coordinate with top management for business decisions and expansion plans

Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in advertising/marketing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in management systems and automation tools (CRM, ERP, workflow tools)
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Robust communication and client-handling skills
