We are seeking proficient Systems Engineers to join our team. This person is expected to be passionate about the way various components and independent subsystems can be put together to achieve final system/product goals. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the systems engineering of Ground-based and Space-based sensors for SSA applications.

Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in systems engineering across space and ground-segment systems, including ground stations, optical/RF observatories, spacecraft, or launch vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product life cycle.
- Plan, configure and allocate requirements to subsystems, ensuring coherence and traceability throughout the design process.
- Perform system-level trade-off studies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
- Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including specifications, interface control
