Responsibilities
1. Design Coordination & Approvals
- Review, validate, and approve the Design Briefs submitted by hotel operators.
- Coordinate and align the inputs between operators, designers, brand teams, engineering consultants, and AOC (asset owning company) project teams.
- Ensure all design iterations meet operator brand standards and comply with Adani’s internal technical, sustainability, and safety guidelines.
- Facilitate design workshops, value-engineering discussions, and operator design sign-offs.
2. Project Tracking & Governance
- Create and maintain a centralized project tracking system covering timelines, milestones, design submissions, approvals, and change management.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with AOC’s project execution teams for each hospitality asset.
- Highlight delays, risks, or design deviations early and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide periodic updates and dashboards to the Country Head and senior leadership.
3. Stakeholder Management
Act as the point of contact between:
- Hotel operators (design, technical services,
brand teams)
- Architects, interior designers, and specialist consultants
- AOC’s project execution teams
- Internal functions (legal, finance, procurement, ESG, sustainability)
- Ensure seamless coordination among all parties throughout the asset development lifecycle.
4. Brand Standards & Compliance
- Ensure hospitality developments adhere to all brand guidelines, including guest experience design, back-of-house layouts, sustainability requirements, and technical specifications.
- Align each project with Adani’s internal design governance, engineering benchmarks, and ESG commitments.
- Oversee timely submission of design packages for operator approvals (concept, schematic, detailed drawings).
5. Quality, Efficiency & Risk Management
- Identify opportunities for standardization, value engineering, and design optimization across the portfolio.
