We’re looking for:
We are seeking a Senior Field Bidding Associate to support sample pricing / cost
estimation for new work proposals for market research projects. The ideal candidate will
have:
• Experience supporting fast-paced and quick-turnaround market research
workplace.
• Proven track record of executing tasks independently, and operating with
urgency,



focus and discipline.
• Experience with reviewing market research bid documents, project
requirements, and client specifications to understand project scope and
deliverable.
• Familiarity with online panels, survey methodologies and sample feasibility
analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with
internal stakeholders, and internal team members at all levels.
Core Responsibilities:
• Evaluate RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes) to
determine project scope, risks, and feasibility.
• Work closely and establish relationships with sample panel providers and
alternative sample sources to obtain competitive quotes and optimize pricing.
• Estimate respondent availability, incidence rates (IR), and completion rates (CR)
based on historical data (internal/external) and market trends.
