Job Overview :
The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Agrochemicals business,spearheading P&L; management, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, build strong relationships with stakeholders,



and achieve financial and strategic objectives. This role will directly report to the founders.

Requirements :
● B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes from India; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes is a plus.
● Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.
● Proven track record of managing P&L; and achieving business targets.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities :
● P&L; Management: Oversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.
● Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the domestic agrochemicals market.
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a cooperative and high-performance culture.
