- Manage day to day Operations
- Designs and enforces end-to-end operational SOPs
- Monitors all onboarding, activation, and settlement processes
- Approves regional performance KPIs
- Coordinates with Field team for onboarding of kiranas and engagement
- Will be responsible for a business target of 1000 CR

- Managing MIS for Operations Function

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:
MBA in Finance / Operations

Nature of Experience:
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in fintech startup
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and practices in the financial and NBFC sector
- Team Handling and Decision Making skills
- Hands on experience in MS Excel
