Year of Experience: 5-8 Years

1. Technical Expertise

• Datacenter Technologies: Deep knowledge of core datacenter technologies, including Servers, Storage VMware, Nutanix, Commvault/Veeam/Dell DPS , and Checkpoint/ Fortinet along with Windows Server

• Cloud Integration: Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, and how on-premise datacenter solutions integrate with public clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI): Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and HCI platforms (e.g., Nutanix).

• Data Management and Protection: Proficiency in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, Veeam).

• Network Security: Robust understanding of network security, especially with technologies like Fortinet & Checkpoint.





• Infrastructure Design: Ability to design and architect datacenter solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

2. Leadership and Team Management

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, including engineers, and project managers.

• Talent Development: Focus on mentoring and developing team members, providing opportunities for growth and certification in relevant technologies.
