About the role:-
We are looking for an extremely smart, results-oriented Assistant Social Media Manager (with B2B marketing experience) to come join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceiving, planning and executing best in class Social Media Marketing strategies and drive the organic as well as paid Social Media Marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and our blog.
The candidate will propose,
plan and execute recent campaigns and regularly fine-tune existing ones with minimal oversight, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve project goals.
Experience:- Must have 2-3 years of rich experience in single-handedly handling the Social Media presence and growth marketing of large B2B brands.
What you'll do most of the time:-
- Execute and manage our entire social media marketing portfolio on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora and other social platforms.
- Analyse and optimize existing and new posts critically to ensure they are having desired impact.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new social marketing opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting in accordance with organization goals.
- Conceptualize, design and create attractive and impactful social posts on a regular basis to keep our target audience engaged and interested.
