Job Description:
Seamedu School of Media is seeking a dynamic and committed academic professional to join our faculty team as an Assistant Professor/Faculty in Media and Communication Studies. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in English Literature and/or Mass Communication, combined with a passion for teaching communication, professional, and ethical competencies required in today’s industry-ready graduates.
The selected candidate will play a key role in developing students’ communication, critical thinking, ethical awareness, and professional skills by effectively integrating theory with real-world applications. The faculty member is expected to contribute to interdisciplinary teaching, curriculum development, and student mentoring while aligning learning outcomes with industry and societal needs.

- Bridge theoretical conceptsfrom communication, literature, and media studieswith real-world organizational and societal contexts.
- Collaborate with facultymembers to design,review, and update curricula alignedwith academic standards, industry expectations, and emerging communication trends.
- Mentor students on projects, presentations, research work, internships, and professional development activities.
