The Role

Aarna Systems is hiring a full-time, in office Graphics & Video Editor to create high-performing social media creatives, ad assets, and brand-led visual content for digital campaigns. The role focuses on designing thumb-stopping posts and reels, editing short-form and long-form videos,



and producing marketing collaterals that support performance marketing and brand objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong aesthetic sense, fast execution, and the ability to adapt brand guidelines into multiple formats.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver static and motion creatives for social media (posts, carousels, reels/shorts, stories) across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as needed.
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, case studies, explainers, webinars, and brand content, optimized for each platform’s specifications.
- Create social media advertising assets (image ads, video ads, banners, thumbnails) aligned to campaign KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, and view-through rate.
- Design marketing collaterals including brochures, one-pagers, email graphics, presentation decks, event creatives, and internal brand materials.
