Job Summary:

The Automation Manager oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance production quality. This role includes managing automation projects, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing processes. Additionally, the Automation Manager focuses on building robust customer relationships, overseeing service orders, and managing AFM (Automation, Fabrication, and Maintenance) order intake and execution to ensure seamless client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Management:
- Develop and implement automation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for automation, and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

2. Project Oversight:

Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of automated systems and ensure alignment with AFM requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and meet quality and compliance standards.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to integrate AFM systems effectively.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and updating them on AFM project progress.
Gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve AFM services and products.

4. AFM Order Intake & Execution:
Manage the intake and documentation of AFM (Automation, Fabrication, and Maintenance) orders.
Develop workflows to prioritize, allocate resources, and track the progress of AFM orders.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of AFM orders to meet customer expectations.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement teams to secure necessary materials for AFM projects.
