- 5+ years of experience in information security / Cyber Security management.
- Facilitate collaboration with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance information security controls to address evolving business and threat landscapes.
- Develop and deliver engaging security training sessions and phishing simulations tailored to current security challenges.
- Lead ongoing information security training and awareness programs to strengthen organizational security culture.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, from data protection to access controls.
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, CRISC, etc).
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up on risk activities and refine plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks efficiently.
