About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented R&D;,Quality Check Executive to support our Research & Development team. The role primarily focuses on Involve product R&D; as well as quality control (QC) of samples, raw materials, and finished goods, along with documentation and report generation. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality standards are maintained across all stages.
Key Responsibilities
Core Quality Control (QC):
Perform quality checks on samples received for R&D; and production.
Conduct raw material quality control to ensure compliance with standards.
Analyze finished goods to verify product quality and consistency.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate QC records and documentation.
Prepare detailed reports based on analysis and test results.
Ensure all documentation aligns with internal and regulatory standards.
Sample Handling:
Manage incoming samples and ensure proper testing and tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for sample evaluation and feedback.
Conduct on-site visits to vendor and manufacturing facilities, as required, to perform quality inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to established standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Analytical Chemistry.
- 1–2 years of experience in R &D; Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
- Background in Home care or Personal care is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable documentation and report generation abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes rigorously.
- Willingness
