Position Description:
The Specialist, R&D; Quality Systems & Global Training,
is responsible for the independent execution and support of Elanco’s R&D; quality and training framework. This role requires a professional who can apply a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure global compliance.
As a contributor, you are expected to be a high-executor who manages day-to-day activities with minimal oversight, utilizing strong judgment-based skills to prioritize tasks effectively. You will leverage technology enhanced tools to drive productivity, visualize compliance data. Maintain seamless document control within the Veeva Quality Vault and SuccessFactors. This position is ideal for an individual who can independently connect with global stakeholders to ensure R&D; deliverables meet regulatory expectations.
