Job Context: The purpose of the job is to implement the training architecture and training road map for the assigned region for TPD channels through the team and train sales staff to enhance the productivity of the region with specific capability development interventions.
Job Challenges: • Customised Delivery & Engagement Matrix to cater to the diversified requirements of large number of Channel Partners
• Allocating the resources in the optimum way to ensure maximum productivity and effective delivery of training programs within stipulated guidelines
• Significant percentage of the training & engagement requirements are ad hoc & not institutionalized.

Provide inputs in designing and development of relevant training programmes for the Sales team & the channel partner by bringing in subject matter expertise on local channel behaviour, people competencies, competitive setting & opportunities.

4. Managing the regulatory changes & ensuring faster transitions through establishment of new practices, training on new processes/products, ensure proper assessments of training programmes conducted.KRA2Managing Training Delivery1.
