Role Overview

We are seeking a Paid Ads Executive who can take full ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaignsfrom planning to optimizationwhile bringing fresh ideas and performance-driven strategies to the table. Knowledge of other paid ad platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and bidding strategy to maximize ROI.
- Optimize ad performance with strong focus on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies and creatives.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking,



retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and AI-driven advertising innovations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Good to have knowledge of other ad platforms such as:
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns)
- Twitter/X Ads (brand awareness campaigns)
- Pinterest Ads (e-commerce & lifestyle audiences)
- TikTok Ads (youth-focused/global campaigns)
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is a strong advantage.
