Urgent openings for - IT Recruiter/RPO Coordinator for Navi Mumbai
Onsite Client Location at MBP Rd, Kopar Khairane
Immediate to 15 days Joiners only
2+ Years of Experience

Responsibilities:
Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:
- Outstanding coordination skills with multiple checkpoints / SPOCS / onsite team /back end /
stakeholders.
- Must be open to work under pressure and structure data steadily (on HRMS tool OR Excel)
should be good in reporting & analysis.
- Must be an exceptional communicator and a outstanding negotiator
Should be good at maintaining relations & interaction with senior members to discuss the
metrics.
- Working closely with the client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and then cascading the same to the back-end delivery team.
- Understanding of the complete recruitment cycle
- Exposure to Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering industries.
