As a Principal Consultant on the Curam team, you will have significant responsibility in the delivery of project implementations. You will work closely with clients and systems integration partners at our project sites.

Essential Job Duties
- Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client stakeholders, focusing on technical and non-functional requirements.
- Design and implement Cúram extensions and configurations, including workflows and rules.
- Collaborate with clients and partners on matters related to the Cúram Business Application Suite (CBAS) architecture, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Develop, code, and unit test Cúram solutions in a J2EE environment using the Eclipse framework.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues where test results deviate from expected outcomes.
