Job Description
Review the Master schedule prepared by various contractors for implementation and monitor progress. Report to Client on constraints/Suggest ways to improve.
•Review the master bar chart showing all the components, critical components, and important milestones to complete the works as per Detailed Project Report within the time period.
•Co-ordination with Client and various package contractors
•Scrutinizing contractor’s detailed work program, suggesting modification if any to facilitate timely completion.
•Measure the progress of execution of the Project and update the programme as and when necessary.
•Conduct Monthly meetings to review the status of all activities and also to identify interface issues with different contractors.
•Review of work quality and record action taken thereon incase of any corrective works.
•Review of daily / weekly and monthly reports provided by various contractors along and collating a weekly / monthly management information report for Client’s review. Weekly review meetings shall be conducted at site to review t
