We are seeking an experienced leader to drive field collection operations for our unsecured loans
portfolio. As the Field Collections Head, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining portfolio health,
minimizing credit risks, and achieving organizational goals. This high-impact position offers the
prospect to lead a nationwide team, innovate recovery strategies, and contribute to the growth of a leading NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Collection Strategy and Execution:
 Develop and implement comprehensive field collection strategies tailored to our
unsecured loans portfolio, minimizing delinquencies and write-offs.
 Analyse portfolio trends to pre-empt high-risk accounts and prioritize recovery actions.
 Leverage data analytics and digital tools to enhance field collection efficiency and decision-
making.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
 Lead, manage, mentor and guide the hierarchy of field collection managers and field agents
across multiple regions.
 Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct among the field
collection team.
3. Liaison with Vendors and External Agencies:
 Engage and manage external collection agencies and vendors to supplement in-house field
efforts, and monitor performance against agreed service levels.
