Key Responsibilities:
- F&O; Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;, responding to and resolving issues and technical queries.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve incidents and problems related to F&O; applications.
- Work closely with the functional teams to understand business processes and offer solutions to improve system functionality.
- Collaborate with end-users to identify, document, and resolve system issues, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and managing data integrity within the F&O; system.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Manage integration points between F&O; and other systems.
- F&O; Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain customisations, extensions, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;




- Collaborate with functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop X++ code for system customisations, workflows, and data processing.
- Create custom reports and dashboards in Power BI, SSRS, or other reporting tools, as needed.
- Implement integrations between F&O; and third-party systems using services, batch jobs, or other methods.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure that custom solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
- System Enhancements and Optimisation:
- Analyse current system processes, and suggest enhancements or optimisations based on best practices and business requirements.
- Develop and apply system patches, performance tuning, and optimisation strategies.
