I. Job Summary
Providing supports in making payments to suppliers and creditors, clearing bills or vendor invoices and keeping a record accurate and verifying financial,



reconciling processed work by comparing reports to balances and work closely in month-end process including ensuring the completion of the general ledger and production of the P&L; statements

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Processing invoices: Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.
- Reconciling: Reconciling processed work by comparing reports to balances.
- Charging expenses: Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports.
- Maintaining records: Ensuring records are accurate and verifying financial.
- Oversight of the month-end process including ensuring the completion of the general ledger and production of the P&L; statements.
