Job Description
- The Web Development Lead will be responsible for building the presentation layer for web applications.
- Responsible for oversight of specific development projects and their delivery.
- The primary focus will be on front-end technologies; however, the ability to work on back-end components like content management systems (such as Drupal, Wordpress) is greatly desired.
Qualifications
B.Tech / MCA
60 % and above for all qualified exams.

- HTML5, CSS 3, and Social experience (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Core understanding of Javascript fundamentals and intricacies
- Mobile Application development both using mobile web
- SQL fundamentals
- Essential Skills & Experience
- Standards compliant HTML and CSS.
- Strong Javascript, ability to utilize libraries like jQuery and Prototype, but not reliant on them
- Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Understanding of MVC fundamentals
- Comfortable in the Linux command line
- Experience with a server side programming language, preferably PHP
- Experience with version control such as CVS, SVN, or GIT
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and front-end performance best practices
- Ability to get around in Photoshop; slice images, create image sprites, etc.
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
- Ability to successfully lead and mentor developers
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
