Finkraft.ai is an AI-first financial automation platform that helps enterprise clients recover GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) at scale. We work with large corporates across Air and Hotel travel verticals, partnering with leading TMCs to automate invoice reconciliation, compliance, and recovery workflows. We are a rapid-growing, high-velocity team solving real financial infrastructure problems for India's largest enterprises.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who has built hiring pipelines for high-impact roles â not just filled positions. This person will own end-to-end recruiting for leadership and mid-senior mandates across Tech, Product, Business, and Ops functions.

You will work closely with founders to shape how Finkraft attracts and hires talent as we scale. This is a hands-on role â you will source, screen, close, and build. You will be evaluated on both the quality of hires and the systems you put in place.

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end hiring for leadership and senior mandates across Tech, Product, Business, Data, and Ops




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
- Design and implement structured hiring processes â JDs, screening rubrics, interview frameworks, and offer workflows
- Collaborate directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
- Manage candidate experience across all touchpoints â from first contact to onboarding handoff
- Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and funnel conversion metrics
- Drive sourcing strategy for niche and hard-to-fill roles, including CXO and domain-expert profiles
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
