Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive with hands-on experience in managing multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, including seller account management, product listings, inventory control, order management, advertising campaigns, and driving online sales growth across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts across leading e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, JioMart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other online platforms.
Handle seller account registration, onboarding, and marketplace account setup.
Manage Brand Registry, GTIN/UPC approvals, product approvals, and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Create, update, and optimise product listings, catalogue attributes, images, and A+ Content to improve product visibility and conversions.
Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, offers, stock availability, and order processing across all marketplaces.
Handle returns,



reimbursements, customer claims, account health, and seller performance metrics.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns to improve sales and ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain for smooth product launches and promotional activities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyse marketplace performance, and recommend strategies to increase online sales.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure continuous business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
