Job Description:
- Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong experience in implementation + AMS/production support
- Working knowledge of Fast Formulas
- Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing
- Exposure to support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Benefits (Mandatory), Compensation
- Configure workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, locations, and security
- Configure benefits programs, plans, options, rates, eligibility profiles, and life events




- Configure compensation plans, budgets, awards, and eligibility rules
- Gather business requirements and create functional design and configuration documents
- Support CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post–go-live stabilization
- Provide L2/L3 production support and manage Oracle quarterly release impacts
- Support HDL data loads, integrations, and reporting requirements

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits
- Experience with eligibility profiles and working knowledge Quick Formulas
- Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
