Job Description Summary:
The Corporate Product Service Manager's (CPSM) responsibilities include supporting and managing the delivery readiness efforts for assigned areas of responsibility. CPSM leads the service delivery and business readiness efforts of minimal complexity and/or supporting projects of higher complexity, making sure all required service-related readiness activities are addressed and in place prior to the first service date (FSD) and discontinuing efforts for End of Service Life (EOSL).
