Corporate Human Resource :
- Work closely with the Promoters on policies, and programs for the Group Companies/business verticals.
- Effectively achieve the goals of the organization with his active participation in the process of acquisition and development of employees.
- developing and implementing an overall strategy for organizational growth, Manpower Planning, Recruitment,Employee engagement, Performance management, IR/ labor relations, such as union handling, employee retention, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance and labor policy, to support an excellent work setting and compliance with labor regulations.
- Support employee relations by advocating an attitude and philosophy consistent with the core values of the company.
- Supervise and guide the HR manager and executives in the group
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Coordinate & enable quality hiring (collaborate with functional heads on manpower planning/needs)




- Manage the recruitment and selection process at Plant ,corporate office, and sales offices
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Review the monthly MIS & align strategy with the management

Compliances & Industrial Relations
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage employee relations, negotiation, settlements etc.
- Union avoidance tactics, with strong knowledge of the National Industrial Relations Act.
- Managing and negotiating union collective bargaining agreement experience
- Work with and at the direction of the promoters on projects that align business and labor strategies to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
