Qualification
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Thorough understanding of the philosophy and design of Ruby on Rails.
- Proactive and resourceful person who achieves with minimal oversight.
- Team player with the ability and desire to become an integral part of a fast-paced team.
- Have solution oriented attitude.
Technological Skills
- Should be able to write/peer-review quality code to help support scalability.
- Must have experience with any two major versions of Ruby & Rails.
- Must have good Command over Business Logic.
- Must have experience in Integrating Third Party tools with help of REST/SOAP hooks.
- Should have good desktop publishing skills like HTML & CSS (twitter bootstrap preferred).
- Must be good at client side scripting (Javascript, jQuery).
- Must have good knowledge of Relational DBMS i.e MySql, Postgres & no-sql databases like Redis & mongodb.
- Must use Git
- Should have experience in deploying Rails applications to Bare Servers using Capistrano.
- Experience in frontend framework like AngularJS, NodeJS will be preferred.
- Can write valuable Quality test cases using Rspec/Capybara.
