In this leadership position, you'll guide a collaborative team of IT professionals while advancing digital transformation across our organization. You'll develop and implement comprehensive IT roadmaps that align with our business objectives, oversee core business systems,



and ensure reliable operation of our IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for managing IT operations, maintaining security compliance, and cultivating a culture of excellence in technical support and service delivery.

Requirements
- Master’s degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, of experience in IT leadership, product management, or technology management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Product Management, Cloud, AI) preferred.
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT, digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology product initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, e-commerce)
