Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Twilio Segment Consultant to join our team in Pune or Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution enablement and technical consulting, with a focus on Twilio Segment's /customer data platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver CDP /Twilio Segment, including solutioning.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery leads to create delivery plans for new customer project releases.
- Perform hands on consulting and changes to CDP for customer projects
- Suggest data ingestion approach for the CDP
- Perform necessary configuration and technical changes in CDP
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CDP project delivery, technical consulting, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of Twilio Segment and its capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, understandable content.
- Experience in developing and delivering customer data platform solutioning.
- Strong data skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
