Job Description




- Lead the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, employee changes, transfers, promotions, separations, and other HR administrative activities for countries transitioned to the HR Service Centre or without a local HR function.
- Assess, identify, and develop opportunities to expand HR service offerings to additional countries and business units. Serve as the primary point of contact for Country HR teams, proactively managing escalations, resolving complex issues, and driving effective issue mitigation. Lead and contribute to HR transformation, process improvement, and global HR projects across the HR Service Centre and broader organisation.
- Oversee the successful transition of HR processes into the HR Service Centre, ensuring complete scope coverage, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness. Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, work instruction
