Job Purpose
You will play a key role in ZEISS’ digital transformation by ensuring high‑quality solutions on our global ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Team operates and develops Enterprise Service Management and custom applications that bring people, processes, and data together on one efficient platform.
As ServiceNow Test Architect and deputy of ServiceNow QA Governance, you define, implement, and continuously improve the QA and test automation strategy for ServiceNow across all teams. You champion AI‑supported quality engineering,



enable teams to use AI effectively in their daily testing work, and ensure that standardized processes, meaningful KPIs, and modern automation practices are consistently applied. In close collaboration with the Global Software Test Center (GSTC), you align standards and leverage global QA expertise to deliver scalable, reliable, and high‑quality ServiceNow solutions for ZEISS.

- Design and maintain a holistic test automation strategy for the ZEISS ServiceNow platform, aligned with GSTC.
- Standardize tools and frameworks, with solid focus on ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and ensure effective use across teams.
