Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager – People Analytics, MIS & HR Operations to drive workforce analytics, reporting, budgeting, benchmarking, and HR operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in People Analytics, HR Operations, MIS, and dashboarding, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions.




This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, stakeholder management, process excellence, and business acumen to support leadership with meaningful workforce intelligence and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Insights
Lead the People Analytics function by generating actionable workforce insights to support business and HR decision-making.
Analyze employee lifecycle data including hiring, attrition, productivity, engagement, diversity, and workforce planning metrics.
Develop predictive and descriptive analytics to identify trends and recommend interventions.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.

Dashboarding & MIS
Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and automated reporting solutions for leadership reviews.
Own periodic MIS reporting including headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce costs, productivity, and compliance metrics.
