Key Responsibilities
- Should be capable to recruit security guards, Gunman, Supervisors, Peon, Bouncer, House Keeping Staff, Nurse, Patient Care and etc.. . Handling manpower, Monitoring manpower/supervise them on daily basis. etc.
- Checking of electronic equipment, registers, CCTV Camera, Fire fighting equipments and etc at client premises. Monitor them throughly.
- Give On Job training to security personnels at client premises. Give them brifing and debrifing.
- Conduct surprise visit, Night Checking at site where Manpower is deployed.
