ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's global network infrastructure. The position ensures high availability, performance, and security by configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, executing operational procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to established best practices in a sophisticated and constantly evolving technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Network Infrastructure Operations and a commitment to technical excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational stability. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with core networking technologies (LAN/WAN/Data Center/Load balancers), Cisco routing and switching equipment, F5 load balancing solutions, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP platforms. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities,



and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure. Please note, this is an onsite role based in Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems
- Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
- Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
- Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
- Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
- Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
- Implement network security measures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
