The Role
We’re looking for a new kind of Product Manager—someone who doesn’t just define products but can prototype, test, and iterate independently using modern AI tools.
This role reflects a shift in product management: from coordination-heavy execution to hands-on creation, rapid experimentation, and deep user understanding. You will operate with high autonomy, combining product thinking, technical fluency, and strong taste to ship meaningful experiences faster.
What will you do:
- Build prototypes,
landing pages, and lightweight applications independently using up-to-date no/low-code and AI-assisted tools
- Rapidly validate product ideas using tools like Replit, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar platforms
- Translate product concepts into working demos within hours or days—not weeks
- Conduct frequent user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions with customers and prospects
- Synthesize user feedback, product data, and intuition into clear, high-impact product opportunities
- Drive intuitive, elegant user experiences with a strong focus on simplicity, quality, and attention to detail
- Define metrics, analyze product usage data, and run experiments to inform product decisions
- Leverage AI and automation tools to prototype features, streamline workflows, and increase team velocity
- Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs across cross-functional stakehol
