Job Description
Drive the sales and margin through merchandising and content initiatives Daily engagement with team to evaluate top/bottom selling styles and refine
go-forward plan for website and marketing content Propose strategies for merchandise and content to increase conversion
Collaborates with key stakeholders to plan visual merchandising strategy for
Holachef.com to drive conversion and sales through online merchandising strategies and
execution
Manages the product setup process, product navigation, onsite search and products
cross sells Accurately launch products on the website according to delivery dates and business
needs Liaise with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media for integrated content
planning
Collaborate with key stakeholders and align on business drivers to ensure digital
focus and execution on website and through marketing tactics Partner with marketing function to formulate content plans that drive new customers
and customer retention
Responsible for category messaging and content, features and category marketing
messages. Review and provide insight to business owners on daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
Position Skills and Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
At least 3 years focused experience on online merchandising
Strong analytical approach in understanding and harnessing the power of web
analytics Ability to work in fast-paced environment; flexible to accommodate demanding
project schedules Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.. Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc Food styling
