Introduction

We seek a talented, highly motivated Director to be a part of our India team. The candidate should be motivated to help the world’s premier companies understand India and its policy workplace, find alignment with key stakeholders, and help India grow by considering the ideas and capabilities of top-tier firms in the market.

The candidate should bring deep familiarity with India's policy and regulatory landscape, combined with commercial acumen, communication, instincts,



and relationships to navigate it effectively on behalf of clients, and the seniority and skills to lead both client engagements and high-level stakeholder relationships.

A keen understanding of India’s policy, political, and stakeholder environment and its global context, combined with the ability to navigate it on behalf of clients, is essential. Skills and responsibilities required are of a high degree of management and leadership.

Position Responsibilities

Client Services and Stakeholder Engagement
- Own and lead a portfolio of senior client mandates with a focus on India's policy and regulatory environment, taking full accountability for the quality, coherence, and impact of BGA's advice and engagement across all relevant scopes of work.
