Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Gantt Charts, VLOOKUP) for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Interpret complex datasets across multiple worksheets to derive actionable insights.
Data Storytelling & Visualization
- Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint for executive-level communication.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring accurate data extraction and interpretation.
Project & Portfolio Management
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Facilitate portfolio management,
including project prioritization and resource allocation across operational and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to align project objectives with business goals.
Governance & Compliance
- Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure project quality and adherence to organizational standards.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, best practices, and success metrics for knowledge management.
Business Acumen
- Demonstrate understanding of RCM business processes, functions, and work scopes to align projects with business strategy.
