Description
- Strategic Leadership:

Define and implement technical strategies for building services aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Oversight:

Manage end-to-end technical delivery of building services projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Innovation & Sustainability:

Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
- Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all designs and installations meet regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Team Development:

Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
- Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in building services engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
- Proven project team and Project management skills.




- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in Mechanical design softwares (HAP, Hevacomp), IES and project management tools. Must be fully conversant with technical software, IES-Part L, H&C; Load, TM52,59,54, SAP, Whole Life Carbon
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The applicant should have adequate knowledge on various types of building projects.

Desired Skills
- Excellent working knowledge of BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA and other local codes and good working knowledge of UK codes would be advantageous.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a leading major project delivery.
- Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
