Roles and Responsibilities:
 Discussion of requirements with stakeholders (Product Managers, Development Leads, QA Analysts)
 Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
 Brainstorming of requirements gathered - Suggest product enhancements
 Creating workflows and wireframes
 Documenting finalized workflows and wireframes for software development, with full explanatory notes for development and testing
 Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
 Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
 Work closely with Product Managers to liaise with the Sales and Marketing department to ensure highlighting important features and positioning of current products




 Create support and training & help documents for internal and external users
 Analyze competition and other solutions to feed into product roadmap

Skills
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
 Analytical skills
 Experience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc.
 Experience with entire MS Office Suite
 Basic presentation skills
 Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
 Any other project management tool
 Wireframing and Prototyping

Qualification:
 B Tech. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA
