This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Utilize DataSnipper Documine to pull required data out of contract and complete the Contract Info sheet.
- Utilize customized Alteryx tool to check for duplicate invoices and labor/material charges and markups within payment applications.
- Track Schedule of Values (SOV) for each assigned project in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Assist with reviews of construction bid packages, proposals, amendments, and contracts.
- Assist with the review of change orders.
- Assist with in-process and closeout transactional cost and billings reviews of payment applications and supporting documentation.
- Assist team in identifying cost avoidance and recoveries.
- Possess knowledge of construction.
- May participate in other advisory engagements
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Finance, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field
